CA D. R. Arora is alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1966, clearing the CA Final examination meritoriously securing 9th Rank on All India Basis. Over his vast professional lifespan which has now crossed one half of a century, he has accumulated rich experience in almost all fields of professional services including Taxation consultancy, Auditing and Corporate advisory. He has handled matters of clients from diverse industries and has successfully represented them before various tax authorities, tribunals and courts. He has served as the convener of the Sales Tax Study Group of the NIRC of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also held the position of Vice President (1974-75) and Secretary (1973-74) of the Sales Tax Bar Association (STBA), Delhi. A member of the editorial board of Delhi Sales Tax Cases, a publication of the Sales Tax Bar Association, Delhi.

CA Akkshay Arora is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has more than 12 Years of experience in matters relating to Audits, Risk Assessment & Assurance, Tax advisory including Direct and Indirect Taxation, Transaction Advisory, Compliance Services and Valuation of Business. He holds the qualification of Information Systems Auditor (DISA) conferred by the ICAI. He also holds a diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) granted by ACCA London. He is a member of the Corporate Affairs Committee, Direct Taxes and Indirect Taxes Committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi.
